Question: No goods received after 2 to 3 working days despite shipping confirmation?
When the goods are shipped, a shipping confirmation is sent to you by e-mail.
If you have not received any goods within 2-3 working days after receipt of the shipping confirmation (for island and foreign orders, please note the extended delivery time), it seems that there have been problems with the shipping. In such a case we ask you not to wait any longer, but to send an e-mail to info@stickershop.info stating the order number.

Surcharge for orders below the minimum order value of 10.00 EUR is 2.00 EUR.

You can choose between payment in advance (bank) - credit card (PayPal) - cash on delivery, direct debit or invoice (Klarna). www.sticker-shop24.de reserves the right to restrict the payment methods that a customer can choose from, depending on the order value, shipping region or other objective criteria.
